For subscribers, call-outs are scheduled as quickly as possible—usually within 3 working days. Higher-tier plans receive priority service.

2 / Item Do you offer emergency call outs?

Yes, emergency call-outs are available for all plans, with priority given to Pro and VIP members. Additional fees may apply for one-off emergency visits.

Are your maintenance staff DBS checked?

Yes! All of our team members are DBS-checked, experienced, and trained specifically for working in childcare environments.

3 / Item Do you offer services for multiple settings?

Yes—we offer multi-setting plans with the flexibility to mix and match packages. Discounts apply for organisations with more than one location. Contact us to tailor a plan.

What happens if I’m outside your service area but still interested

We’re expanding! If you’re outside London or Kent, let us know. Once enough settings in your area register interest, we’ll get in touch when service becomes available.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel with 30 days’ notice. We’re flexible to suit your setting’s needs.
